Evolution Digital Secures Sales Executives to Support Rapidly Growing Business

(Centennial, CO - December 7, 2010) - Evolution Digital, LLC, a leading supplier of digital solutions for bandwidth reclamation and next generation advanced set top boxes, today announced the addition of Marc Cohen and Mark Besocke. Marc Cohen will lead Evolution Digital's sales efforts as Executive Vice President of Sales. Mark Besocke joins Evolution as Regional Sales Director for Evolution's line of DTAs, advanced STBs, TiVo, and full MPEG-4 Turnkey Digital Solution.

Marc Cohen brings over 25 years of experience in cable system operations and ownership, sales and marketing, content aggregation and MPEG-4 solutions to his role as EVP of Sales for Evolution. Cohen most recently was VP of Sales for Avail-TVN where he was the corporate lead for the linear cable solution and all sales efforts in the US and Caribbean. While at Avail-TVN Cohen expanded the channel partner sales program and managed all linear cable television industry customers and partnerships. Prior to Avail-TVN Cohen co-founded and operated Longview Communications a cable MSO with 125 cable systems in five states. Cohen oversaw all technical operations, engineering, construction, sales/marketing, customer care and programming. He was instrumental in the growth of the business and successfully implementing the core business plan of economically upgrading cable system bandwidth and launching advanced services. Prior to co-founding Longview, Cohen was VP of Sales and Marketing at Mid-Atlantic Communications, where he was responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, community relations and programming for this MSO and CLEC operating 250 systems in seven states. Cohen has held various senior level sales and marketing positions in the cable television industry prior to Mid-Atlantic. Cohen also serves on the boards of American Support and Telecom Integration Partners and is a founding member of the Go Long Wireless advisory board.

Mark Besocke brings over 10 years of digital cable and hardware experience to Evolution Digital as their new Regional Account Director based in Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Evolution Digital, Mark was the Western Regional Sales Director for Pace helping to grow the company and the industry adoption of a second source set top box vendor in the North American cable market. As the cable industry has changed so has Mark, working with various vendors such as ETI, TVGuide and World Satellite Networks that have been instrumental in shaping the technology that digital cable uses today. As a vendor, he has worked with large MSOs and independent cable operators helping to provide aggregated content programming solutions, advanced set top box technology including, DVRs and DTAs as well as turnkey digital headend hardware solutions designed to reclaim analog bandwidth.

Cohen and Besocke have the cable operators' interest central in their focus. Stating "We plan to work hard to bridge the technology gap and help operators of all sizes deploy the latest technology that provides the largest return on their investment."
