hdmi to dvi

I am using the dms 2042-hd set top box. using an hdmi out to a dvi into hdtv....get green screen. any suggestions how to configure set top box to eliminate green screen?

Hello. Please try the following list of suggestions in attempt to resolve your issue.

With the TV on, showing the green screen:
- Cycle power on the set-top box (off, then on)
- Cycle through the INPUTs on your HDTV until you return to the DVI input.

thanks for the suggestions, but I had already tried these options...with no luck. The green screen continues. When I switch inputs on my HDTV to DVI, the green screen appears, the image disappears (to black screen), reappears green, disappears to black screen, etc, etc.

I've tried cycling through inputs as well as turning set-top box off, then on, while displaying green screen. I've also tried the two options of an HDMI-to-DVI cable as well as an HDMI-to-HDMI with a DVI converter...the green screen continues.

any other suggestions?
